Amit Randev

Amit Randev predominantly hold experience in the field of international trade and commercial laws and has explored the field through his piquant experience at Directorate General of Trade Remedies, Department of Commerce, Government of India, where he had an opportunity to closely perceive the nuances of WTO trade remedies investigations including anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, anti-circumvention and safeguard matters. Further, he has been involved in various trade remedies matters before the appellate fora in India such as the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts and the CESTAT.
Amit’s experience with the International Trade got enhanced with his association with BC Jindal Group. In the capacity of an in-house counsel, he got a chance to sensitized with the issues encountered by the Indian industries/ exporters related to tariff and non-tariff measures, with special focus on trade remedies investigations. At Jindal, he has been involved in number of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations before various jurisdictions including India, US, Brazil, Korea, Indonesia and Turkey. His profile allowed him to focus on foreign trade policy advisory and dispute resolution.
He is an enrolled Advocate at Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of the prestigious Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA).
