Arpit Bhargava is a chartered accountant and a master in business law degree holder from NLSIU, Bengaluru, having rich experience in the fields of international trade laws and practice, international taxation and auditing. He holds an diploma from IELPO, University of Barcelona in International Trade Laws and Practice.
Prior to working with SBA, Arpit worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst &Young in the fields of auditing and compliance. With his deep understanding of IT systems, knowledge of business & international trade laws and accounting frameworks across the globe, he is responsible for continuously updating and enhancing the methodology developed over 30 years.
He has been handling Anti Dumping cases (AD) and Countervailing cases (CVD) initiated by Indian, US, Turkish, EU and South African authorities. His knowledge of their practices has enhanced the firm’s methodology developed for successful defence in AD and CVD cases.
