About Us
Our history of origin goes back to the year 1953 when a partnership firm of chartered accountants was founded in the leadership of Late CA Sh. V N Bhargava. With our over seven decades of quality richness, we have been able to serve our clients with the highest level of integrity, experience, expertise, unique quality and responsiveness.
We have the distinction of being the first Indian consultants to provide legal assistance and consultancy to international clientele and leading business houses in protective international trade laws such as Anti-Dumping, Anti-Subsidy, Safeguard and Origin Rules etc. We are the first to represent the Government of India at the W.T.O consultations/penal proceedings in Anti-Dumping duty matters and have also worked as
Arbitrators on issues related to international trade taxation.
In the year 2019, we have created a specialized vertical namely SBA Strategy Consulting for our age-old Trade Remedial practices. Along with our associates and affiliates, we have marked our presence across the globe. Our value system has helped us build a relationship of trust with our clients who see us as their consulting partners.

Who we are
1953
The firm is founded in the leadership of Late CA VN Bhargava, Late Shri RC Singhi among others.
1954 - 1981
The firm served groups like the LNJ Bhilwara Group, Birla’s, Modi’s etc in the fields of audit and taxation.
1982
SBA Group was established under the leadership of Late CA VN Bhargava and CA Sunil Bhargava entering into fields of international consultancy and auditing.
1985 - 1999
The firm established its mark with the Indian clients and international clientele growing to a firm with 6 partners.
2000
The year of consolidation of consultancy, auditing clients and practising in WTO laws growing to a firm with numerous partners.
2007

Our team has in-house capabilities to work on SAS Enterprise Guide for calculation of dumping margins in the identical manner as the US DOC carries out for anti-dumping duty cases on Less Than Fair Value export to the USA.
