Radhika is an advocate registered with Bar council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2013. She has an
extensive experience in litigation and International Trade Law having worked with large corporate
organizations and public organizations.
Apart from working with renowned law firms in the field of international trade remedy matters she
has more than 3 years of working experience with the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (the
apex body for Trade Remedy Investigations in Government of India) where she has handled more
than 50 cases defending the Government of India and exporters in anti-subsidy investigations
initiated by WTO member countries against India. During her tenure in DGTR she was also actively
involved in the preparation of publications and has an experience of handling consultations between
WTO members.
