Mr. Shashank Agarwal has graduated from National Law University, Jodhpur in the year 2009 after completing B.A.LL.B with Honors in International Trade Law. Mr. Agarwal has also completed Certificate course in Cyber Law from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and Advance Certification in Companies Act 2013 from NUJS, Kolkata. He is the Vice president of the Rajasthan High Court bar, a member of Indian National Bar Association, Rajasthan High Court Bar Association, The Bar Association, Jaipur and The Employer’s Association of Rajasthan.
His focus area is International Trade Law and he has been actively involved in cases before Supreme Court, CESTAT, DGAD and other forums relating to Anti Dumping, Anti Subsidy and Safeguard duties. He has been involved in cases from the initial stage of filing of questionnaire to the appellate stage.
He has vast experience in various industries and handling anti-dumping duty investigations, handling anti-subsidy investigations, representation in safeguard duty investigations, litigation surrounding trade restrictive duty impositions, customs and import laws among other areas of legal advisory.
